Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my custom order once it is placed?

• Depending on the time of year and the backlog of our orders it could take as little as three weeks to three months to fulfill a special order.

How do I pay for my custom order?

• We require a deposit of one third of the quoted cost upon placing your order. Once your order is complete and ready to ship we require the remaining balance be paid in full prior to shipment. 

If I am going to suspend my piece of stained glass, where do I get the necessary hardware?

• We provide you with screw eyes and chain or picture frame wire to hang your piece.

Is there any advantage to suspending my piece over having it installed?

• In most cases, a suspended piece is quicker and easier to put into place than an installation. Installations are more secure than suspensions. Protective glass covering may be used on an installation.

How is my custom order shipped?

• All our pieces are packaged securely and insured. The majority of our pieces will ship with FedEx ground. A particularly large order may need to be shipped with a freight line.
